About Frontline Connect

We Need You Here.

Every veteran's story is different, but many share common experiences after military service—transition, isolation, stress, loss of identity, uncertainty, or difficulty asking for help. These challenges often emerge long before a person reaches a crisis.

Frontline Connect was created to bridge that gap.

Developed by the Massachusetts Veterans Suicide Prevention Institute (MVSPI) in partnership with 22Mohawks, Frontline Connect is an AI-assisted wellness and connection platform designed to help veterans stay connected, supported, and engaged before a crisis develops.

Our mission is simple:

Increase conversations. Strengthen connections. Save lives.

Our Approach

Frontline Connect combines artificial intelligence with human oversight, peer support, clinical guidance, and community partnerships to provide veterans with another layer of support between formal healthcare visits and everyday life.

Rather than waiting for someone to reach a crisis point, Frontline Connect focuses on strengthening the protective factors known to support long-term well-being, including connection, belonging, purpose, identity, and hope.

Check in anytime, day or night

Research-Driven Prevention

Frontline Connect is being developed as a research-informed suicide prevention initiative.

Through pilot testing, participant feedback, clinical guidance, and academic partnerships, we are continuously evaluating and improving the platform to better serve veterans and contribute to the growing field of upstream suicide prevention.

Our long-term goal is to generate evidence that helps communities identify and support veterans earlier, before crises occur.

Built by Veterans

Frontline Connect was created by veterans, researchers, clinicians, and suicide prevention advocates who understand the unique challenges of military service and the importance of community.

The platform is developed by the Massachusetts Veterans Suicide Prevention Institute (MVSPI), a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing veteran and first responder suicide prevention through research, innovation, technology, education, and community partnerships.

Current Pilot Program

Frontline Connect is currently operating as a pilot program with veteran participants. Feedback from participants, clinicians, researchers, and community partners continues to shape future development.

If you are interested in participating, partnering, or supporting our mission, we invite you to connect with us.

Because every conversation matters.

Because connection saves lives.
